Available for your planning are the options of single application and joint application, the latter of which can be of any relationship such as spouse, siblings, parents or even friends.
Please be informed that in the future, after moving in, only spouse to tenant can be added as new tenant, subject to maximum occupancy of the residential unit.
Applicants who intend to live together in one residential unit should apply under joint application and submit one application form only. Duplicated application will be disqualified. Addition / Alteration of tenant is not allowed after application closing date.
Permitted Occupier is a person permitted by Hong Kong Housing Society (as landlord) to use and occupy the independent living residential unit at The Tanner Hill together with the tenant for such period of time approved by Hong Kong Housing Society, but who is not legal inheritor of any rights under the lease, such as monetary refund. Permitted Occupier is required to leave the residential unit when the tenant terminates the lease or passes away.
