Waiting list for long lease

When the desired units/ unit types are not available, the prospective long lease customer can request to queue up in the waiting list for long lease.
For details, please refer to the Summary of Application Procedures and Important Notes on Flat Selection Arrangement for Wait-listing Person.

NOTE: 
(1) short lease wait-listing application has been suspended since 26 October 2018;
(2) long lease wait-listing applicants shall always have higher priority to select and confirm a unit.

Wait-listing application submission 

• In person or by relative/ friend: The Tanner Hill Leasing Office, 3/F, The Tanner Hill, 8 Tanner Road, North Point, Hong Kong MAP
• Leasing Office opening hours: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm (by appointment for unit veiwing, last appointment at 4:30 pm), Monday to Friday (except public holiday)
