The Tanner Hill places utmost priority on facilitating tenants' independence, while ensuring their safety. All the independent living residential units at The Tanner Hill are affixed with home care support features, including: 

Emergency call response system

• Activated by pressing the emergency call unit/buttons inside living room, master bedroom, shower space or toilet area.
• Operator will then communicate with the caller to find out what he/she needs assistance with.

Entrance door contact tracking

• The device tracks the door movement within 24 hours to ensure tenants inside the unit are in an active state. Otherwise an alert will be sent to the control centre for emergency attendance.

Health data collection and monitoring

• Tenants can measure and record their blood pressure, pulse rate and body temperature daily.
• Alert will be triggered when tenant’s health data falls outside the pre-set personal parameters and our duty nurse will follow up with the findings as appropriate.

No-motion response detection

• The sensor tracks the motion status in the unit to detect if the tenants have been inactive continuously for 8 hours, and sends an alert to control centre for emergency attendance.
